From readings to movement
The installation will use readings from the community-based Sensor.Community network, including the Czech Senzor vzduchu platform. Individually controlled strips will translate those readings into movement, texture and changes in the textile’s arrangement.
The project draws on the historical relationship between textile production and computing. Kateřina combines textile techniques with physical computing to explore how fabric can carry changing information.
